High thermal conductivity diamond/aluminum composite material
Material Introduction
As a third-generation thermal control material, molybdenum/copper has a thermal conductivity of only 200~300W/mk, which cannot meet the thermal control requirements during high-power periods. This material is a diamond/aluminum composite material made by combining diamond particles with aluminum, which has the highest thermal conductivity, to solve core problems such as interface reaction control. The thermal conductivity can reach 600-800W/mk, making it the fourth generation thermal control material. Its density is only 60% of diamond/Cu, and it is in high demand in fields such as semiconductor lasers and microwave packaging heat sinks. It can be upgraded to replace traditional thermal conductive materials and achieve a significant reduction in device temperature rise.

• Temperature shock test: Refer to GJB360B-2009 107, with a low temperature of (-50 ± 3) ℃ and a high temperature of (100 ± 2) ℃, a temperature shock frequency of 200 times, a maximum insulation time of 5 minutes, and a 25 ℃ conversion time interval of less than 10 seconds. Damp heat test: Refer to Q/W50.10-2007, with a relative humidity of (90 ± 5)% and a temperature of (50 ± 2) ℃, and place continuously for 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days. Particle irradiation test: Referring to QJ10004-2008, the irradiation source is 60Co gamma rays with a dose rate of 15-20 Rad (Si)/s, and the total irradiation dose is 100k Rad (Si). Comprehensive environmental test: Conduct in the order of wet heat test → temperature shock test → particle irradiation test.
