Harbin Yisheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 based on Professor Wu Gaohui's team from the National Local Joint Engineering Laboratory of Metal Matrix Composite Materials at Harbin Institute of Technology. The main service targets are thermal management systems for AI technology, large computing power centers, high-power electronic devices related to new energy vehicles, and new generation gallium nitride chips. The main products include diamond copper, diamond aluminum, graphene/Al, silicon carbide/Al, and their devices. Our company possesses advanced preparation technologies and specialized equipment, including the world's first high-pressure infiltration high-density technology, integrated molding technology, and interface control technology. Its products are widely used in the civilian market and are the technological leaders in this field in China. Wu Gaohui, academician of the Asia Pacific Academy of Materials Science and professor at Harbin Institute of Technology. He is the first manufacturer of metal based composite materials in China and the author of the first paper. Core key technologies such as high-density pressure infiltration preparation technology for composite materials in an international pioneering gas environment, low-cost control technology for interface reactions, and one-time molding of complex components have been developed. Currently, more than 20 unique metal based composite material shelf products have been formed in China. We have established a national and local joint engineering laboratory team for metal based composite materials at Harbin Institute of Technology, with 223 authorized invention patents. In the past 25 years, we have published the highest number of papers on aluminum based composite materials in the SCI database, and have won one National Science and Technology Progress Special Award and one National Technology Invention Second Prize.

Our project team manufactured the first metal based composite material in China 42 years ago. Currently, we have two internationally leading composite material pressure infiltration preparation technologies, the earliest and most numerous 213 invention patents in this field in China, and the largest number of new metal based composite material varieties in China, totaling 22. The number of academic papers published ranks first internationally in the SIC database. Received one National Science and Technology Progress Special Prize and one National Technology Invention Second Prize.

The performance of the diamond copper diamond aluminum products developed by our team is in a leading position both domestically and internationally. Comparable in product performance to NMIC in the United States and Denka in Japan. The product has excellent thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity 2.5 to 4 times that of aluminum alloy and about 1.5 to 2.5 times that of copper alloy, and an adjustable coefficient of thermal expansion, which can be used in conjunction with other materials. At the same time, the diamond/Al and diamond/Cu composite materials developed by our unit have good reliability and environmental adaptability.
